Mediums vs. Psychics?

There is a distinct difference between a medium and a psychic. A psychic uses his/her intuition to tune into a sitter’s energy. A good psychic will be able to provide all kinds of information about the sitter’s future, financial and physical health, and relationships. In short the psychic will predict future events.

A medium is the communication link between a spirit and physical person. It is the medium’s goal to prove:

• that life continues after death
• the identity of the Spirit communicator.

The only way to prove a Spirit’s identity is through evidence: information that the sitter knows (or can research) and the Spirit. In other words it would be information of which the medium would have no knowledge.

Many people become confused between a medium and a psychic, because, a medium can often work on a psychic level. Furthermore, many Americans seek mediums to learn of their future. It is easy for a medium to work as a psychic, however, most psychics cannot work mediumistically.
