Gifts of the Spirit Church

Declaration of Principles

1.	We know that God, divine energy, created the universe through thought, which is infinite intelligence. Every human being has a soul, a portion of God's divine energy. The soul is the spirit body, and its duplicate is the flesh body.
2.	We know that the soul continues its existence after the transition of death, in a world that is on a higher frequency than ours. Communication with Spirit people, living in that higher vibration, can be scientifically proven through mediumship.
3.	We know that Biblical prophets communicated with residents of the Spirit World. These prophets addressed the Spirit person as "The Lord," as a sign of respect. The Spirit people working through the prophets demonstrated the Gifts of the Spirit. The Bible is a history book of psychic events.
4.	We know that Biblical miracles are actually the Gifts of the Spirit, which can be demonstrated today, though the practice of psychic science. Jesus demonstrated all the Gifts of the Spirit, and taught that we could do greater works than he. [John 14: 12].
5.	We know our conduct must be guided by the golden rule of doing to others what we would wish to be done to ourselves. [John 13: 34].
6.	We know people are their own saviors, and cannot look to someone else to bear their sins, and suffer for their mistakes. People will reap as they have sown, and they make their happiness or unhappiness just as they harmonize with their surroundings.
7.	We know people gravitate naturally to the place in the World of Spirit in harmony with their knowledge recorded in their souls.
8.	We know the path of progress is never closed, there is no known end to the evolution of the individual.
9.	We know one’s final awakening occurs when one accepts and empowers the truth of Jesus’ statement: “Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods?” [John 10: 34]. The God-within, is the spiritual body of each person. It will come forward to manifest one’s desire, once it has been empowered through thought or prayer, directed within. Jesus taught “ the kingdom of God is within you.” [Luke 17: 21].
10.	We know that living by these principles constitutes true knowingness, which will become our savior from Fear, Ignorance and Superstition.
11.	We know when one integrates these principles into one’s life, a knowingness system will emerge, which is more powerful and dynamic than any belief system.
